At Master of New Beginnings, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. Below is our cancellation policy, designed to be fair and transparent for all travelers:

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.
  
  

Cancellations & Credits

If you need to cancel your participation, please refer to the following terms:

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund of payments excluding the deposit, minus any transaction fees, and less any committed cost obligations or 100% credit (including deposit) toward a future tour.
  
  
• 60–89 days before departure: No refund, but you will receive 50% credit toward a future tour, excluding the deposit amount.
  
  
• Less than 60 days before departure: No refunds or credits can be offered due to commitments made on your behalf.

• • Any transaction or processing fees incurred are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the participant.
    
    
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, or unexpected disruptions.
    
    
  • In the event that Master of New Beginnings must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to transfer your payment to a future trip.
